GROUND SHIPPING: FREE via *UPS on orders of $50 or more to any destination in the contiguous United States and a $7 shipping fee on orders under $50. Please allow 3-8 business days for delivery.
Note: Free shipping is valid on orders of $50 or more, after promotions and discounts are applied. Gift cards, packaging, and taxes do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement.
2-DAY SHIPPING: Expedited via *UPS 2-Day is available for $25; order must be placed no later than noon EST and going to any destination in the continental United States.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: Overnight via *UPS Next Day is available for $35; order must be placed no later than noon EST and going to any destination in the continental United States. Please note that overnight shipments will arrive by 8PM the next business day.
FREE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS: All free, sale, discounted, last chance, and flash sale items will be shipped UPS ground at a flat rate of $7.00. Please allow up to 10 days for deliveries.
APO / FPO: We offers free ground shipping via USPS to orders going to any APO / FPO address. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Orders are shipped from New York City. Returns are not available from APO / FPO addresses.
HAWAII AND ALASKA: We ship to Hawaii and Alaska via *UPS Ground with a $15 shipping fee on orders under $50. Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery. Orders are shipped from New York City.
*We process all orders placed before noon EST (on weekdays and non-holidays) on the same day that the order is placed otherwise it’s processed the next business day. Please note we do not process or ship out orders on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays or on major holidays. At this time we are also unable to ship to PO Boxes. Further, we currently do not ship to Guam and the US Virgin Islands. If an order contains an item with a delayed ship date, the entire order will ship together.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Items purchased online between Nov 24th and Dec 24th may be returned by Jan 15th, or 21 days after purchase, whichever is later. Returned items must be received at our facility by Jan 15th, or 21 days after purchase, whichever is later. Please allow 5-7 days for return mail. Follow all other instructions below to receive return authorization, shipping label and return options.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please click Return Request stating the issue and we will gladly issue return authorization on unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached for a full refund within 21 days from the date you receive your goods.
Note: You are eligible for either return credit or a refund only after LEIMERE receives the item and confirms that it is unworn and unused. If your item is received with any staining or damage, we will provide LEIMERE Merchandise Credit for the return.
A Return Request is needed for all returns and only valid for the products listed. Packages without a Return Request will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at sender’s expense.
RETURN SHIPMENT INSTRUCTION:
Step 1 || Submit a Return Request
Step 2 || A prepaid return shipping label will be sent to you via email.
Step 3 || Print your return shipping label.
Step 4 || Pack items to be returned inside an appropriate shipping box or bag and seal.
Step 5 || Affix the return label to the outside of the box or bag and drop off at your nearest USPS location
Step 6 || Returns are processed within 3 business days of being delivered at LEIMERE. An email will be dispatched when your return is processed.
Step 7 || Your credit or refund will be applied within 3-8 business days upon receipt of your item(s).
All free, sale items, last chance, flash sale or orders using a discount code are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable.
At this time we do not accept exchanges. Customers should follow the return process (stated above) for their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product.
